Midas

To be clear, my star rating isn't based on a bad customer experience or poor installtion service, everyone was cordial. They do need to get their A/C fixed in that waiting area, it was brutal in there plus none of the 2 TV's were working so I stared at the wall waiting my quote. My issue is the fact that I was quoted almost $1,200 for a custom muffler upgrade (not even my entire pipe, just from muffler back). The job included removing my factory muffler, installing my new Flowmaster (50 series), upgradeing from single to double dual exhaust tips (Weston black chrome square) then supplying & welding the new single in, dual out pipe (which they don't have in stock). I was thinking to myself, I really think this is "dealer" type pricing so I decied to randomly call Cachilla Muffler (off Pickett Rd) since they have many great reviews (4.9 average). They were very nice, quoted me an amazing price (half of Midas), said they had the stainless steel pipe in stock and could do it that day. Their labor hours are WAYYYYY less expensive for the same quality of work, the job took 3 hours. Midas pricing only leads me to one thought - They severly overcharge for custom muffler installations like

This was truly an amazing experience. As someone who usually goes to the dealership for my Mercedes, I now feel very confident that I have a new shop that I can trust with my vehicle. Jerry was excellent to work with and the communication from start to finish was excellent. I highly recommend this shop to anyone that’s looking to have work done on their foreign vehicles.

Venus was not only kind & provided amazing customer services, but was so knowledgeable in the work my car needed/was getting. Venus even sat down with me and went over everything suggested, what it means, and how I might notice the fixes during my driving. Moe worked on my car, and I never want anyone else to touch it ever again. He was extremely thorough, kind, and came across as sincere. As a younger female, I have had some insane experiences at Jiffy Lube and beyond. Midas was exceptional, I will never go anywhere else for my car service!

I had an excellent experience at Midas. They changed all 4 tires on my Ford Transit, replaced the rear brakes and rotors, and did an amazing job from start to finish. The staff was professional, honest, and very helpful throughout the whole process. My van drives great now, and I truly appreciate the quality of their work and attention to detail. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable and professional service. Thank you again!

I needed an oil change ASAP and I was able to get an appointment right away. Anthony and Ricky were very helpful and friendly. They told me I needed two new tires and quoted a great price for them. I didn't have to wait long for my oil change and I will consider get my tires replaced there. Definitely go here for great and quick service.
